What is the typical thickness of a plastic card?

Our most common thickness is 30mil (mils), which is the standard thickness of a credit card, or 20pt, which is slightly thinner but still highly durable.

Color is printed directly onto the plastic using a special UV process. For solid, opaque colors (like your logo), we print a layer of white ink underneath the color. Areas without the white underlay will be translucent or fully clear.
