How thick is "Ultra Thick" compared to standard cards?

Our Ultra Thick stock ranges from 32pt to 48pt, which is 2 to 3 times the thickness of a typical 16pt business card. This is why it leaves such a strong, heavy impression.

The best way is to add Painted Edge color, where the thick side profile of the card is painted a bright or metallic color. This visual detail is the defining feature of Ultra Thick cards.

They are multi-layered, created by bonding two or more premium sheets of stock together. This process allows for specialty options, such as incorporating a colored core layer in between the white faces.

The surface is typically an uncoated matte finish, which is ideal for writing with most pens and pencils. If you choose a Soft Touch finish, however, it will be much harder to write on.

They are cut to the standard size (3.5" x 2"), so they will fit. However, due to their volume, they will occupy the space of two or three regular cards, so they should be reserved for your most important contacts.
